Le week-end du 14 octobre se déroulait à Santa Ana en Californie le Oozefest. Le “ooze”, qu’on pourrait traduire par “coulure” en français, représente ce moment où des fils de fromage fondu se forment en tirant votre part de pizza ou en découpant votre croque-monsieur. Ode au cholestérol et au food porn, ce festival présente un florilège de plats décadents, à découvrir en images, histoire de se rincer l’œil sans prendre un kilo.
